How it works
From company profile to submitted application in four moves
Most founders lose funding to admin, not to competition. Fundora removes the admin and leaves you the decisions.
- Step 01
Build your company profile once
Country, sector, stage, team size, revenue, what you are building and how much you need. Ten minutes, and you never type it again.
- Step 02
We scan every open programme
Grants, investor programmes and pitch competitions are checked against your profile: eligibility rules, geography, sector restrictions, revenue caps and headcount limits.
- Step 03
The application writes itself
Each match gets a full draft built for that specific funder, in their language, against their published criteria, with your budget split across milestones.
- Step 04
Approve, send and track
Work through the requirement checklist, mark it submitted, and watch every deadline, decision and amount move through one pipeline.
Funding types
Three routes to capital, one pipeline
Most founders only chase one of these. Running all three in parallel is where the compounding happens, and it is the part nobody has time to do manually.
Money you never pay back
GrantsPublic innovation agencies, ministries, development banks and private foundations. The largest cheques in early-stage funding and the most paperwork, which is exactly why they go unclaimed.

What you get
The unglamorous work, handled properly
Country-aware eligibility
Every programme is filtered against where your company is registered, including regional schemes, associated-country rules and worldwide calls.
Honest match scoring
Each opportunity gets a score with the reasoning shown, and anything you are genuinely not eligible for is flagged rather than quietly padded into your list.
Applications written for you
Grants get assessor-ready sections. Investors get traction and timing. Competitions get a pitch script. Same company, three different arguments.
Deadline radar
Closing dates, rolling calls and days remaining sit on the dashboard, sorted so the thing that expires first is the thing you see first.
Requirement checklists
Every published requirement becomes a tickable item, so you know exactly what is still missing before you submit rather than after.
One funding pipeline
Drafting, ready, submitted, in review, won. Amounts in play and amounts won are totalled as you move applications through.
Inside the dashboard
Every application, every deadline, every decision
Your account keeps the whole funding effort in one place, so you always know what is drafted, what is sitting with a funder and what is actually landed.

FAQ
Questions founders ask first
Straight answers, including the parts we do not do.
Does Fundora actually submit the application for me?
Fundora writes the full application and gives you the checklist of everything the funder asks for, then you make the final submission on the funder portal and mark it submitted here. Funders require the applicant to file directly, and a human sign-off before sending is the difference between a strong application and a rejected one.
How do you know what my country is eligible for?
Every programme in the catalogue carries its own eligibility rules: which countries can apply, which sectors are in scope, stage limits, revenue caps and headcount limits. Your profile is checked against all of them, and anything you are not eligible for is shown as blocked with the reason, rather than hidden or padded into your match list.
Is this only for tech startups?
No. Roughly half the programmes tracked are sector-agnostic, covering manufacturing, food, retail, creative businesses and services. Sector-specific calls in climate, health, deep tech and fintech are matched only when your profile fits them.
What does the written application actually look like?
For a grant you get an executive summary, problem, innovation, programme fit, market and commercialisation, impact, a milestone-linked budget breakdown, team capability and a twelve-month plan. For investors it is structured as a memo. For competitions you get a pitch narrative and a timed script. Every draft uses your own profile details, so it reads like your company, not a template.
Do you take a percentage of what I win?
Never. Grant consultants typically charge a success fee on the award. Fundora is a flat subscription and you keep every currency unit of what you are awarded.
What if a deadline moves or a programme changes?
Deadlines, amounts and requirements are held per programme and refreshed in the catalogue. Your dashboard always sorts by what closes first, and rolling programmes are marked as open year-round so they never crowd out something that expires next week.
There is funding open right now that you qualify for
The only reason it goes unclaimed is that nobody has the week it takes to find it and write the application. Give us ten minutes instead.
No card required. Your first matches are scored the moment your profile is saved.
